About Us

Hi! I am Clare, I am a home baker based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Food hygiene is incredibly important, I am level 2 qualified in food safety and follow a plan based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. 

I am the person behind the logo and a lover of all things cake. Having worked in the corporate world since I left school, whilst I have appreciated the skills and experience that my job has given me, it for sure is not my passion. I have always loved to cook and bake for friends and family, I am absolutely in my happy place when baking and get such good vibes when I see that smile on someones face enjoying what I have created.

I personally bake, decorate and box up every order. This is a one woman operation and I like to think that this makes every cake a little extra special as your cake is not being mass produced on a production line somewhere with no consideration of the person it is for. I like to know  a little about you or the recipient to hopefully get all of those fine details just right x
